About Us

Door County Living Classrooms is the vision of Brian and Jaime Forest. 

Brian was born and raised in central Door County, the Sevastopol area, and now brings us 8+ years of experience in land management, glacial geology and water quality management after earning his degree in earth sciences.  

Jaime is a Door County native from the southern door area and has a degree in biology and environmental science that brings professional experience in water quality, endangered resources, invasive threat management, fisheries science and environmental education.

Both Brian and Jaime grew up in rural farming communities rich in history which fostered their environmental ethic of today. Working and living in other areas of the country have given them a new appreciation of the beauty that was always right in their back yard. They now hope to share their favorite places with you.
